Payment details (card number, CVV) are processed directly by PayTabs and never stored on our servers. We only receive a transaction reference and confirmation status.

We also collect basic technical data — device type, browser, anonymized IP — to keep the site fast, secure, and to detect fraud.

To process your order, ship it, and send transactional updates by email.

To improve the store experience, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, anti-fraud).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and minimal analytics to understand which drops resonate. No third-party advertising trackers. No cross-site profiling.

We share data only with vendors who help us run the store:

• PayTabs — payment processing
• Our shipping carriers — delivery fulfillment
• Our email provider — order confirmations
• Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting

Each is bound by contract to handle your data securely.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements for completed orders). Email hello@velori.shop and we'll respond within 14 days.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Payment data is tokenized via PayTabs (PCI-DSS Level 1). Access to customer records is limited to a small team and logged.

Velori is intended for customers 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy as the store evolves. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date.
