Orders placed before 14:00 GST ship the same business day. Orders placed after ship the next business day. We do not process or ship on Fridays.

• Europe & UK — 4 to 7 business days
• USA & Canada — 5 to 8 business days
• Rest of world — 7 to 14 business days

A tracking link is sent by email the moment your piece leaves our atelier.

Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free express shipping on all orders over $500.

Duties and import taxes (where applicable) are billed by the carrier on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

14 days from delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags, authenticity card, and packaging.

Email hello@velori.shop with your order number to start a return. We'll send a pre-authorized return label and instructions. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receipt and inspection.

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited stock. Return the original piece for a refund and re-order the size or color you need (subject to availability).

Contact us within 48 hours of marked delivery. We file the claim with the carrier, replace the piece if available, or refund in full.
