Terms of Service

Velori is an independent luxury streetwear label. References to "we", "us", and "Velori" mean Velori Atelier and its operators. References to "you" mean the visitor or customer.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance only when we email a shipping confirmation. Before that point, we may decline or cancel any order — including for stock errors, suspected fraud, or pricing mistakes — and refund any payment in full.

Drops are limited. Adding to cart does not reserve a piece. First confirmed payment wins.

All prices are shown in USD and converted to your local currency at checkout where applicable. Taxes and duties may apply at delivery and are your responsibility unless otherwise noted.

Payment is processed by PayTabs. By submitting your details, you authorize Velori (via PayTabs) to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

Shipping times, costs, and policies are described on the Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery.

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

Final-sale items, made-to-order pieces, and accessories with broken seals are not eligible. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived defective.

Every Velori piece carries a numbered authenticity tag. Pieces sold outside of velori.shop or our verified partners are not guaranteed authentic. We pursue counterfeiters aggressively.

All designs, photography, copy, logos, and the hexagonal mark are the property of Velori. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velori's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that piece. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai unless otherwise required by your local consumer protection law.
